1. How to ask
The quickest way is to sign in and choose Delete my data in your account. You can also pick Delete my data in Ask the Horse, or email support@crazyhorsecomics.com from the address on your account. We may ask you to confirm that it is really you.
2. What happens next
Within 30 days we delete your photos, the face-match data we derived from them and every comic image and page we made for you. We then email you to confirm it is done.
3. What we anonymize instead
Order records stay for accounting, stripped of personal details: your email address is replaced with an unreadable code and your delivery address is reduced to the country. The text of your answers that sits in our production logs is anonymized too.
4. Orders in progress
If your book has not shipped yet, say so in your request. We cannot print a book without your photos, so we will write to you about the order before deleting anything tied to it. A book that has already shipped cannot be recalled.
5. Other companies
Our payment provider, print partner and email provider keep some records under their own rules, such as payment records. We delete what we hold and ask our print partner to delete the files it has for your order.
